Video: music using GarageBand and Touchme by playtronica
This is an experimental piece done by attaching two alligator clips on the brush from one end and the other ends are attached to the Touchme device. The device can translate movements and pressure into frequencies which can be converted to musical notes. In this experiment, I wanted to showcase how the whole experience of making art can be the art itself. And wondered what would the process actually sound like.

This experiment was constructed during the start of the pandemic. Struggling to channel thoughts in the midst of a global panic and chaos, music was the escape for so many of us.
Six skulls were drawn while wearing a blindfold and listening to a playlist composed by friends. Each song was brand new to the ears and each drawing was named after the song that was being played. Letting the hand translate what was felt from each song’s beat and tempo.
